Customer Services and Leasing Division
The Division of Leasing and Customer Service Division within LAA is mandated to provide efficient services to the public by creating value to the product of the Authority. This include lease and lease related applications, such as transfer, subleases, change of use, and surrender in order to continually improve service delivery and contribute to the economy of the country.
Leasing and Customer service continues to provide land information to all those who need it. The Division extends their services to regional service delivery, to ensure that LAA strategies are executed, by having staff working in the respective regional offices in Leribe in the North, Mohale’s Hoek in the South and highlands districts of Lesotho, being Mokhotlong, Thaba-Tseka and Qacha’s Nek. Furthermore, this division engages in corporate customers through the office of Key Accounts that mainly deals with the leases of the corporates
