Finance and Billing
Manage the finances and assets of the Authority, oversee and maintain robust financial and information management systems that support the business and services of the Authority and produce financial reports for management decision making. Provide sound policy advice on matters relating to financial and accounting systems and ensure continuous improvement in the Authority’s ground rent billing and collection.
- Collect revenue
- Maintain and manage asset registry
- Verify transfer consideration amount
- Responsible for billing of Ground Rent on billable plots
- Update the valuation database
