Legal and Registration Services Division
The core mandate of Legal and Registration Services Division is to develop and oversee the implementation of policies, procedures and standards for effective deeds registration. The Division thus ensures proper recording of all registered land transactions, professionally represents LAA’s interests in legal situations (cases and disputes) and also provides accurate and reliable land information to all who request it.
