How can I pay my ground rent
Ground rent can be paid by
- Cash OR card at the accounts office of the LAA;
- Customers can directly pay into LAA bank account. Customers are advised to quote their lease number on the deposit slip as reference and submit prove of payment to LAA for payment receipt
For payments below M100,000.00, payment can be made either at the LAA offices, Lerotholi Road near Radio Lesotho or deposited at:

Note:
1. If payment is made at the bank, please quote your lease number as reference and send proof of payment to LAA office at the address above or email to tem@laa.org.ls, or fax to 22313303
2. Nonpayment constitutes a breach of contract/lease condition
3. LAA is open to negotiations on payment terms, but the bill should be settled by the 31st March, otherwise penalties will be levied on amount due after that date.
